Description:
This photo pair looks across the Muldrow Glacier from Oastler Pass to Ragged Peak, Wedge Peak, and Mount Mather (visible only in the later photo). The Brooks Glacier joins the Muldrow in the middle right of the frame. Notice the apparent decrease in the thickness of glacial ice both on the Muldrow and on glaciers associated with those mountain peaks. Climbing these peaks today likely poses different challenges than it did in the early 1900s.
